A fog machine, fog generator, or smoke machine is a device that emits a dense vapor that appears similar to fog or smoke. Fog machines can be found in use in a variety of industrial, training, and some military applications. Typically, fog is created by vaporizing proprietary water and glycol-based or glycerin-based fluids or through the atomization of mineral oil. This fluid (often referred to colloquially as fog juice) vaporizes or atomizes inside the fog machine. Upon exiting the fog machine and mixing with cooler outside air, the vapor condenses, resulting in a thick, visible fog.
Creates a visually appealing atmosphere
A fog machine can create a misty effect that enhances the overall ambiance of any event, making it more visually appealing.
Helps regulate temperature
In hot and humid environments, a fog machine can help regulate temperature by creating a cool mist that can help lower the ambient temperature.
Improves air quality
The mist produced by a fog machine can help to cleanse the air by trapping and removing airborne particles, dust, and allergens.
Provides relief from heat
In outdoor settings, a fog machine can provide a refreshing mist that offers relief from the heat, making it more comfortable for guests and attendees.
Enhances special effects
Fog machines are commonly used in theatrical productions, concerts, and other events to enhance special effects and create an immersive experience for the audience.
Promotes relaxation
The mist produced by a fog machine can have a calming effect on people, promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels.
Can be used for pest control
Some fog machines can be used with insecticides or repellents to help control pests, such as mosquitoes, flies, and other insects.
Energy-efficient
Fog machines are typically energy-efficient and consume less power compared to traditional air conditioning systems, making them a cost-effective option for cooling large areas.
The fog machine can be widely used for outdoor garden or restaurant cooling, vegetable freshing, greenhouse irrigation, stockbreeding cooling, summer fly remove and so on, it can reduce the outside weather temperature from 5℃ to 10℃, and also will highly increase the humidity, it's a new type of outdoor air conditioner.

Heating Fog Machine
Heating fog machine mainly generates water vapor by heating liquid to a certain temperature, and cools the water vapor into small water droplets through the atomizing nozzle to form visible water mist. The working principle of heating fog machine is simple and it is widely used.
Ultrasonic Fog Machine
Ultrasonic fog machine uses ultrasonic vibration to convert water or liquid into small water droplets to form visible water mist. Compared with heating fog machine, ultrasonic fog machine works more quietly and has a more delicate atomization effect.

Fog machine is a device used to control the temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse. Its main working principle is to use a high-pressure water pump to increase the pressure of tap water to a specific pressure, and then spray the water into fine water droplets through the nozzle to form water mist. Its working principle can be simply summarized as the following steps:
Water pump: Fog machine first needs a high-pressure water pump, which draws tap water from a pipe and compresses it to a higher pressure.
Nozzle: After the water pump increases the water pressure, the water is sprayed out through the nozzle to form fine water droplets.
Water mist: When water passes through the nozzle, it is subjected to extremely high pressure, making the water molecules very small, forming tiny water mist.
Heat dissipation and cooling: In the hot and dry environment in summer, water mist can absorb heat in the air, thereby achieving the effect of heat dissipation and cooling. At the same time, because the water droplets are small, they are easy to evaporate, thereby increasing the humidity in the air.
Precautions for Fog Machine
When using the fog machine, you need to pay attention to the following points to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life:
Pipeline selection: Use high-pressure seamless copper pipes, high-pressure seamless stainless steel pipes or high-pressure rubber-steel composite pipes, and avoid using ordinary steel pipes to prevent rust from clogging the nozzles.
Filter installation: A filter must be added to prevent solid particles in the water from clogging the nozzles. The filter element of the filter should be replaced frequently according to the water quality, generally once every 1-3 months.
Antifreeze measures: If the machine is used in cold areas, antifreeze measures should be taken; when the host is installed outdoors, rain protection measures must be taken. After use, the water source should be cut off, work for 5 seconds, and drain the remaining water in the pump to prevent the high-pressure pump from freezing.
Nozzle installation: The installation height of the nozzle is recommended to be at least 2 meters above the ground and at least 0.5 meters from the top of the house to increase the time for ultra-fine fog particles to evaporate and vaporize in the air, and to avoid ultra-fine fog particles spraying onto obstacles and producing water droplets.
Maintenance of the host: The host has been debugged when it leaves the factory, but for the convenience of transportation, the refueling hole is blocked with an oil plug. Before using the main engine, add engine oil and replace the oil plug with air hole. For the first use, all the engine oil needs to be replaced after 50 hours of operation, and then the engine oil needs to be replaced every 300-500 hours of operation. When changing the engine oil, the oil volume should be controlled at about 2/4 - 3/4 of the oil mirror.
Nozzle maintenance: The common cause of nozzle damage is blockage or human damage. When the water quality is poor, the nozzle may be blocked by dust deposition if it does not spray for a long time. Damage to the nozzle will affect the spray effect, so maintenance personnel should replace the nozzle in time.
Operation is prohibited without water: It is strictly forbidden to operate the water pump without water.
